Primăria municipiului Bistrița anunță că, în perioada 1-29 februarie 2024, o parte din serviciile online nu vor fi operaționale în totalitate, ca urmare a procedurilor presupuse de schimbarea furnizorului care asigură utilizarea Sigiliului electronic.
În această perioadă, documentele solicitate prin intermediul serviciilor online, care necesită utilizarea Sigiliului electronic, nu vor putea fi eliberate în format electronic, ci doar în format fizic.
